What is Winter Sowing?

This is a simple way to sow seeds outdoors for the upcoming gardening season. This method is pretty hands-off and not as labor-intensive as starting seeds indoors. What kind of seeds? Think perennials, herbs, early-season veggies, some annuals

We’ll show both the milk jug option and the small pots in a tote option.

Please bring: milk jugs or similar containers , potting soil, seeds to share.

Come Join Jefferson County Master Gardeners at Crescent Hill Presbyterian Church and get your hands dirty! There is a small parking lot behind the church & street parking too. We will be in their gym - the bldg behind the church.
